- 2 tsp Jed’s freeze-dried instant coffee*
- Your choice of sweetener!
- 2-3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 200ml Milk (your choice!)
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- To serve, sliced banana, wafer biscuit, pokey sticks, caramel or chocolate sauce
- Put 1-2 spoons (to taste) of instant coffee in a blender and sweeten with sugar or sweetener of choice to taste. Add one of the ice cream scoops and pour over the milk. Blend for 30 seconds – 1 minute until well mixed.
- Pour the shake into a tall milkshake style glass. Add another one or 2 scoops of ice cream and pipe or spoon the whipped cream over the top and sprinkle with instant coffee granules. Garnish with banana slices, wafer biscuits, pokey sticks and sauce.
- *Alternative:
- 2 x 30 ml shot of Jed’s espresso coffee OR
- 60 ml Jed’s plunger coffee
