3 x 30 ml shot of Jed’s espresso grind coffee
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
200ml milk (your choice!)
5 large marshmallows
Put 2-3 shots (to taste) of espresso coffee in a blender and add the ice cream and pour over the milk. Blend for 30 seconds – 1 minute until well mixed.
Drizzle some chocolate sauce on the inside of a milkshake style glass and fill with the coffee shake.
Arrange the marshmallows over the top and using a chefs blow torch, brown the tops of the marshmallows. Drizzle over more chocolate sauce.
