- 3 x 30 ml shot of Jed’s espresso grind coffee
- 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 200ml milk (your choice!)
- Chocolate sauce
- 5 large marshmallows
- Put 2-3 shots (to taste) of espresso coffee in a blender and add the ice cream and pour over the milk. Blend for 30 seconds – 1 minute until well mixed.
- Drizzle some chocolate sauce on the inside of a milkshake style glass and fill with the coffee shake.
- Arrange the marshmallows over the top and using a chefs blow torch, brown the tops of the marshmallows. Drizzle over more chocolate sauce.
- *Alternative:
- 3 teaspoons Jed’s freeze dried instant coffee dissolved in 90 ml boiling water
- 90 ml Jed’s plunger coffee
