3 x 30 ml shot of Jed’s espresso grind coffee*
Your choice of sweetness!
1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
200 milk (your choice!)
½ cup whipped cream
Put 2 shots of espresso coffee in the bottom of a milkshake glass and sweeten to taste with sugar or sweetener of preference.
Put the remaining shot of coffee in a blender and add the ice cream and pour over the milk. Blend for 30 seconds – 1 minute until well mixed.
Fill the prepared glass with the flat white shake. Pipe or spoon the whipped cream over the top.
*Alternative:• You can substitute 3 teaspoons Jed’s freeze dried instant coffee dissolved in 90 ml boiling water OR • 90 ml Jed’s plunger coffee
