- 3 x 30 ml shot of Jed’s espresso grind coffee*
- Your choice of sweetness!
- 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 200 milk (your choice!)
- ½ cup whipped cream
- Put 2 shots of espresso coffee in the bottom of a milkshake glass and sweeten to taste with sugar or sweetener of preference.
- Put the remaining shot of coffee in a blender and add the ice cream and pour over the milk. Blend for 30 seconds – 1 minute until well mixed.
- Fill the prepared glass with the flat white shake. Pipe or spoon the whipped cream over the top.
- *Alternative:
• You can substitute 3 teaspoons Jed’s freeze dried instant coffee dissolved in 90 ml boiling water OR
• 90 ml Jed’s plunger coffee
